Benefits:

The basic theory behind the Hidez Equine Travel & Recovery Compression Suit or Active Compression Suit can be described as applying a controlled external pressure to the major muscle groups. The suit is designed to facilitate the return of fluid to the bloodstream, minimise inflammation and encourage good blood flow to the muscles

Recommended Use:

Achieve the best results it is recommended...
That your Hidez Travel & Recovery Compression Suit, or Hidez Active Compression Suit be worn during floating to your event to ensure your horse remains calm and to allow nervous horses to arrive relaxed to perform at their full potential
That the suit be worn whilst in the stall prior to gearing up. This will promote an increased blood flow, allowing more red and white blood cells, oxygen, vitamins and minerals to reach each muscle ensuring the warming up of the muscles prior to competition without increasing the core temperature.
Place the suit back on immediately after competition and before travelling home, to assist with recovery plus helping to repair any minor or major injuries or muscle tears.
If your horse has a minor or major injury leave the suit on as much as practical during the days following the event to assist the injury to repair.
Injured horses benefit from the increased blood flow, with vital injury repairing vitamins, minerals and white blood cells continually arriving at the injury site quicker and in higher concentrations, as well as removing the associated acids and toxins from the body. This will assist your horse to repair these injuries faster.
