Care Instructions for Acavallo Gel: The unique feature of Acavallo gel is that it is sticky (grippy), which is the reason why all riders love it. After washing, it gets sticky/grippy again, provided that the instructions below are followed.
Machine-washable at 30 degrees maximum or simply handwash under running water using mild soap.
Do not use harsh detergents and do not tumble dry.
Do not expose to direct heat or strong sunlight, allow to dry naturally.

Just what we needed

Works really well. It's a little fiddly to get into the perfect position when tacking up, but practice makes perfect. I place it between the saddle pad and the saddle. I like that it allows air flow and also that the thickness tapers gently so as not to form a big lump when in position, but to be comfortable and blend nicely with the contours of the horse. It raises the front of the saddle about 1 inch. I'm very happy with this product, as is my horse.
